Value-System Product Model
Product value is derived from much more than just the product's features. This approach to the product starts with clarity about the core benefits to be provided, defines the capabilities and attributes that offer those benefits, and specifies the greater product ecosystem needed to deliver a complete value proposition to customers.
Even if a product has the attributes needed to deliver the wanted benefits, if it lacks a key element of the broader product ecosystem, the customer value proposition will not be met.
